Screenname in bf1942: Ascended Fruit

Reason: Banned for complaining about being kicked.

I was banned about 4 weeks ago and was wondering if I could be re-instated now to play on the ecg server?

hello.

i checked the logs for "ascended fruit" and found that you were kicked 7 times on 5/1 by three different admins (4 times by me) before being banned.

#1 - omaha beach for too many snipers
#2 - el alamein for driving a jeep to a plane
#3 - el alamein for camping for planes
#4 - bocage for team jumping
#5 - bocage again for team jumping
#6 - iwo jima for damaging vehicles
#7 - inappropriate language on iwo jima (not for complaining about being kicked)

#6 was bs, i was shooting into the air when a plane was taking off and he kicked me, the plane didnt even get hit once, #7 resulting from me being pissed about being kicked for shooting into the air resulting in #6

i was not the admin that kicked you after you shot in the air at an airplane (doesn't really matter if you damaged it or not) but i would have banned you for #7 had it been me that you called a f*g.

seriously, wouldn't it make sense to check the server rules after the first 5 kicks? i believe the concern is not that you will forget your foolish gameplay but that you've already forgotten it without learning from your mistakes.

You wern't shooting randomly, you were shooting at a plane taking off because you didn't get it. You had been camping for planes all game (and were kicked for it previousaly).. and were probably a bit upset that someone else.. (god frbid!) got it before you.

I don't plan on lifting the ban anytime soon. Maybe in a month or 2. You were mouthing off to admins, shooting friendly planes, and a laundry list of others.

that fact that i didnt post anything for two weeks should be enough to suffice that i took my punishment, and i was NOT shooting at the plane contrary to what you said. However I accept that I did break the other rules and took my punishment accordingly, two weeks, let alone two months is a bit excessive...

Read the server rules, learn the server rules, then learn to respect those that try to keep the server a fun place to play. It's not up to you to decide how long your stay at the EA hotels will last. If you truely have learned your lesson, you won't continue to argue over the issue.
