Ban removal or explanation requests will have to posted in their respective section as to what game you were playing.

Please also provide at least the following information:

What server -- Just for verifcation
What time/date the incident occured on
Your In-game name
The first 5 digits of you CDKey HASH. -- NOT YOUR CD KEY

Providing us with as much information as possible will expedite your request for explanation or removal.
