The fucking temp bans

The fucking 5 min temp bans

Can something be done about those? People get kicked every night for:

- switching teams to even up
- going to spec

And this happens during the game as well as in warm up! Being banned... in warmup... for trying to even up the teams... really??

This has been going on for a few weeks now and it's fucking ridiculous.

I think these bans are for /kill. Although it doesnt kick you right away sometimes- yesterday i /killed and when the round finished, I moved to spec. I returned a few hours later, joined a team and got the kick. kinda strange, although I'm not complaining.
