There must be a way to unban this guy.

1- Can you connect using the in-game browser (without going through Kali?

2- You're using this IP for the BF:V server: 204.157.1.222, right?

I just tryed the ingame browser using the ip you gave me,which also matches the one I had in Kali, and it says I am still banned.

This experiment is not for me to try but one of the senior
admins (Chacal) might want to try it.
1. Save a copy of the current banlist to file
2. then clear the banlist from the server
3. see if Zapout can then join and not get the ban message
4. restore the current banlist to the server

if he is able to join then we know his hash is in the banlist,
of course we still have to figure out what his correct hash is.
