Banned for name stealing?

I was playing as Lukino and got banned for 'name stealing'. I thought it would be funny to have his name and be taking out 2-3 people per clip. I must have had the name for 15 mins and without any warning or kick I was banned since sat or sunday. These seems a little harsh.

It was just a joke. I do apologize for this. Please lift ban.
