Euro lives in Florida. Lucas, lukino and snafu have a 250+ ping. They are Euro.

Snafu can't be from Europe with 200+ ping (Mostly from Australia).

Both Lucas and Lukino are from South America (Argentina).

EurO is in the United States.

I don't recall ever seeing a euro ping higher than 150 on an east coast server. Sometimes they get >200 from California

I would get 200-250+ when I lived in South Korea on the Happy Penguin server, and even though the ping was consistent, everyone in SK has a 100mbps download rate constantly.
