ECG Ban without playing?

Hi guys,

The server kicks me instantly and shows the message: "Punkbuster kicked player AngelOfTheLord(for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a MBi Ban for the GUID b375ac16[Admin Decision]"

I don't know what happens
I never played this server, a guy of the server Mad.4.wolf told me about this server that doesn't appear in my list so i search for the ip in google, found this forum and try to play it, but the server doesn't allow me :(
I'm banned without playing the server? I need a permit to play the server? I already changed the name and the server banned me too

help me, now i see there's 19 players in this server and in the other ones I see there's no one but bots

Thank you. I have been playing since then.

Today I tried to join again but after two seconds the game kicked me, Windows 10 showed me an error(something about thread stuck) and restarted.
After that, I tried to rejoin again the game and saw a message that I HAVE BEEN BANNED

WHY?

There is a yellow message when the server is loading saying "You have been banned from this server" and can't join

Usually when PB kicks you regardless of what kind of error you usually have a temporary ban. Does it say how long the ban is?
