Banned?

I just tried to join the server and it says I am banned? Is this something normal? Can I have that removed?

If your name was [RD]Josh or something like that, be advised if you're kicked check to see if you have a CD Key inputted on the main menu. [rd]Josh was kicked for No CD Key.

I just input my cd key again and it worked ... Must be something with steam .. thx for the help
