Why Am I Banned?

MAA can't pay me enough to always have to take your shit. I told MSB several times i would like to quit my admin status. I get nothing out of this. People are always complaining no matter what I do, when i change maps, when I don't change maps, when I pick the "wrong" map, when I mute/kick/ban or when I don't mute/kick/ban, when i move people to make teams even in number or leveled in skill.
