Today, around 7:00 - 7:30 local server time, I was playing on the RTCW Beach 24x7 server. When I connected I spawned as an Allied Lt. At that time my team members were: Fisticuffs, Killer Fry, Gromit and Banzai. Gromit was an Engineer on our team. He was planting dynamite left and right (forward bunker, trenches, lower bunker, murder hole, lower Axis spawn point, etc). In a team chat I asked him kindly NOT to do that because it could also kill his team mates. He didn't respond to this message and kept planting. Someone raised a vote to kick him but it was 3 vs 3. Also other people were complaining that he was throwing nades at his team mates and that he already had a score of - 18. No Admin was present at that time. Again someone raised a vote and again 3 vs 3. I also said via chat that he was not only throwing nades but also planted dyno left and right. I didn't notice that at that time he quickly changed class from Engie to Soldier. He called me a wanker and that it was impossible to plant dyno as a soldier. When other players said they would all vote again to kick him during a next vote he suddenly disconnected. Besides it is not the first time that Gromit acts like this. Too bad that I coulnd't take any screenshots in time to proof my case, but this was a clear case of intentional Tk and disrespect for the ECGN Beach 24x7 rules.
