Elite_Viper, I'm not trying to 'pile on' you, so take my comments with an open mind. Everybody makes mistakes or is unclear on some rule or another, no big deal. I'm not an ECGN expert, but my advice to you or anyone: If you think something is wrong, suspect something is wrong, or even are just wondering about it, consider jumping on Team Speak and just ask an admin about the rules, or make a complaint if need be. You also can probably PM or Email many if not all admins. Take these approaches instead of the public forum approach and you really can't go wrong. I'm not putting you down, just saying talk directly to admins if possible, it's the easiest and best route.
