As Evan said we've disabled kick votes on all servers since BF1942 because of abuse; kick votes never work anyway.
We usually have admins monitoring our most popular servers, which are
ECGN #1 Public Ranked
ECGN SF Day-Time Maps Ranked Public
ECGN City Maps Ranked Public
All others are sparsely monitored. This particular server especially has just been re-installed and is probably not even on most admin's list.
Sorry for kick, the server still had the default banned words list and settings, it kicked at first offence. This has been corrected.
Dave, auto-kick for minus-score isn't enabled right now for technical reasons, it will be as soon as we can.
