Cheater on your server

I have been playing MOHAA since it came out, but i just now bought Spearhead. But i'm pretty sure this is a cheat. this guy named peyo670 was partially underground and couldnt be hit, but he could hit me. he wasnt totally underground like you can do on Destroyed Village. i think you should ban this guy from your server. he ruined the game i played tonight.

i just found out from someone that this cheat is called "Land Shark". Is there any way to keep this from happening?
