First let me say, I really respect the Admins here at ECGN. You guys do a great job! Furthermore, its not my business who you kick/ban, but...
Don't you think it's a bit harsh to Perma-Ban a guy for stealing an APC once? Kickable, yes, but perma ban? I don't know the whole story, but if he did it multiple times, sure ban him.
