Question on Limiting

I have a question, is there any way that you can put a limit on positions? Especially, lieutenants. Like, could you make it a total number max, like have 10 lt's, then a limit as usual on panzers and flamers, and then have as many medics, snipers, etc. I like having only 4 panzers (I think) and 2 flamers, but was just wondering if you could do the same with lt's.
