Well a realistion was tonight, after a couple of great games with around 28 players, the ECG server crashed.
And then it went silent.
Thanks to ECG we have the beste worldwide players in and with the ospnights the best playing.
But when ECG didn't come up I've seen some diehards like mr happy on the european server, hs' me pretty hard.
So if ecg is down try to see if the euros (like mad) are up and give it a go

I can suggest Qtracker http://www.qtracker.com/ where you see the actve players in Total and almost ervery Rtcw players playing this moment.
