banned ? ut2004

I was playing last night on your ut2004 ctf sever at 11:30 and was banned do not know why could you plz give me some 411 on this ? also on the screen it would say you have 20 sec to defend yourself ! and freeze me .. never seen that before..I have been playing on you sever for a few months and have enjoyed it..thx
