rule change?

I have a question about a rule change an admin mentioned that I would like to verify. Tuesday early am I think, I was playing the El Alamein map Axis team. An allies player stole a panzer and went inside the axis airplane hanger. Another player and myself complained (in Team Speak) about this since we thought it was a boot offense. I think Chacal was the admin listening on the channel and said the rule had been changed and hanger parking a tank was no longer against the rules. Since I want to stay up to date on the rules, Wednesday I went to view the rules again and read any changes. First I went to the brower link I had for the rules. It did not seem to have any changes. Then I went to the ECGN website to check incase I had an outdated link. The rules page was the same. It was dated 2-17-03. Is there a newer posting of the rules page? The forum page I was viewing was East Coast Gaming Network > ECGN Gaming Servers > BattleField 1942 > Server Rules. Has there actually been a rule change I failed to find or has the admin made a mistake?

Yes, the rules need to be updated. We simply don't enforce the hangar rule anymore, since DICE fixed the bug that caused hangars to repair land vehicles. That also explains why hardly anyone ever camps in hangars anymore. They're just a big death-trap.
