I don't care if he hacks or not.
His gameplay empties the server and ruins
the game for everybody unfortunate enough
to be on when he is.
Ban him.

Is it really necessary to ban all good players? Try getting better instead.

Why take anything seriously when you can make

He plays as nacho, he says he's serb, check his stats
see what you think. He can jump the sea wall without
help.
As for shooter, no, that's not what i said. I said one player
in particular. Try and keep up.
I can only play late at night, 20 some odd players. After
two games with nacho, half are spec to demo, watch, stack,
or whatever they do that for. Then most of them leave.
The game's dying quickly enough as it is. This ban would
just help those of us who care keep playing longer.

Just call a vote to kick him then, if everyone is so unhappy it should be easy to get the vote passed. If you have done that and the votes are not getting passed then maybe that says not everyone is bothered by his gameplay as you are.

specs can't vote. Most just disconnect or auto
vote f2 anyway because they hate voters.
Voting on a pub is a good way to get a bunch
of people to start bitching about you instead
of trying to figure out why you would call a vote.

No one has said anything to me about Nacho when I've been on with him lately (late nights U.S. time, mostly) and I can't say that I've noticed people dropping out when he's on. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but I haven't seen it during my normal times.
Maybe I'm different, tho: I'll get nailed to the floor by him 10 times in a row, then number 11 I'll get him -- and that'll be the most fun kill of the night. I'm with Shooter, good players make for a more challenging game.

good players pub'ing a beach server, don't they have a tourney they can play........I never see him.....i play alot from 10:30-12:00 am est

Sure, since Rem and Mo have been banned, why not just add the rest of the better players like s3r8. Twitch is good too, lets throw him in the mix. Shit, Savage and I have somewhat of a decent headshot, we should probably get the ban stick too.
Just go ahead and subnet ban everyone on the server that can maintain at least a 1.0 ratio. That seems like much better logic.

1) Join a team and call a vote
2) If they can't work out why you are calling the vote then obviously they don't share your view. So why should we ban him?
The long and the short of it is that we don't ban people just for being good. He's just one guy, get together a group of 3 medics and take him down. Most of these guys will disconnect if their kr drops below 2 and that's exactly what it will be even if he kills 2 of the 3 of you but the last one takes him down.
