I didn't know the person was an admin that tk'd me. He/She was hanging aroung the war room doing nothing but yelling at me for blocking the doorway, so my punishment was getting TK'd, then when I called it a fag I got banned as a "general Tard". Besides, the 64 people at once with a 7 second respawn is TK soup !!! I deserve an unbanishment !! It's just plain morally correct !!!

I fully support this ban as this post annoys me. Your first strike is your name. It's not funny or interesting. I do not care if you smoke pot (not that I care if you do or not) and anyone who advertises it with their name is a loser, "Hey guys look at me! My name is BluntHe4d4life!". Second, the poll is not funny. Not funny.
Although I will add that if it was a purposeful tk, Keekanoo should be banned too. He should be banned for at least two weeks like Trever was. As I also remember posts about tk'ing people never being tolerated. That is, of course, if he was purposefully tk'd. If it was done on purpose, that would just be hypocritical if there was no ban, wouldn't it?

Come on man, life is serious enough isn't it ? Why take something as stupid as my user name serious ? We're all adults here, and I'm not condoning the use of Illegal substances (or Marijuana depending on your locale). For god sakes, it's a game, so why can't I act like a kid ? That's why I splurged the 50 buckaroos on RTCW, to have fun ! To be honest, I gave up drinking 5 months ago so to do something with my time I took up online gaming. I still haven't installed Battlefield 1942 cause I enjoy RTCW so much. So like I'm saying, I don't really have much experience with online netiquette. My only previous gaming experience was my sega genesis and before that my commodore64. Those games you played against the guy sitting next to you or agaist the machine and your humorous arrogance was tolerated. It's too bad our characters can't have more personality so you could tell the jackasses like me from the hard core gamers. If I had a choice for my lietenant skin I would choose work boots, shorts, and a Kiss T-Shirt. I would go around flicking my dubie ashes for a gib. i would offer free bong hits instead of medic packs and I would smoke out the war room as often as possible. Maybe the next generation of RTCW will have this excellent feature. Anyway, I gotta get back to work crunching code now. Cheers, and please UN FREAKIN BAN ME already so we can have fun.

Cant the admins change people to spec? If they can, you're right aphid, it's stupid to tk him. Just changing him to spec team would have clear the way...

Well, I haven't been playing BF for a while, and I never play RTCW, but I can't see the problem with this guy. I wasn't there--but to believe him he was blocking a doorway, was TKd by an admin, and was banned for mouthing off. At the most that seems like a kickable offense - maybe a short ban for the mouthing off. Lesson learned, right?
That it is a "smacker poll" or you don't like his choice of alias (it's not offensive, just uncreative) is not worth banning... or has ECGN become so exclusive that you ban people just because you don't like their personalities? That seems awfully childish.
More, I don't know how you RTCW guys play it, but on the BF servers TKing is strictly verboten - admins, too. Keekanoo could have kicked him to get him out of the door and teach him a lesson, instead of setting a bad example.
But I've played with Keekanoo on BF before, and never noticed anything bad... so there may be a lot more to this story... Keekanoo hasn't responded yet.
