Glitch or admin????

I was on server And was kicked for tk/play dead while i was sniper and not team killing or /kill so wtf ??????

Playdead is not turned on. You sure you weren't doing /kill when you ran out of ammo? /kill gets you booted a little faster now that the negative points you get for doing it has been raised.

Actually its not. You get 20 points for /killing and tk points depends on the weapon you use. You also lose the negative points from the kills you make and/or the revives you do. You rack up the points or lose the points for the time you are on the server and not by games played. Once you hit 100 you get a 5 minute ban. This is auto set and the /killing points was raised to cut down on the noobs who seem to think "well if i can't win this fight i'll /kill..hahahaha". Anywho...you tk'd or /killed and that's why you got a 5 minute ban. Sorry.
