Anyone having problem with setpoint and win 7?

I cant make it work in the tray.(autorun)

I can go in setpoint true controllpanel/mouse. There I see setpoint but nowwhere else, and if I change something it wont be stuck, when I close it!
Soo any tip´s is helpful!
