Hmm - how to describe it...?

It is how your head (really your crosshairs) bobs and rolls up and down side to side when you walk/run.
Maybe best to try it out and see if you like.

OK IM LOST W/ ALL THESE THINGS... WOULD SOMEONE MAKE LIST OF *ONLY* THINGS I NEED TO SET DIFFERENTLY. I HAVE 1024 RAM, 128MB SOUND CARD, AND THE WHOLE BOB,PITCH, ROLL THING, FILL ME IN, I NEVER CHANGE ANY SETTING XCEPT BRIGHTNESS. MAYBE THESE ADJUSTMENTS WILL HELP. ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

thanks man did help... but im still lost as hell on making it say "respawning as a panzer noob from hell. PREPARE TO BE GOOMBAED!!" when i choose panzer/soldier. thats my last problem.

bind KEY "mp_playertype 0; mp_weapon 8; say_Team ^3<<==== ^3 respawning as a panzer noob from hell. PREPARE TO BE GOOMBAED!!^7"

just switch where it says key to the key you want.
then the next time you respawn youll be the panzer noob.
or an mp40/thompson wielding soldier..being that 3/4 of the time i go for a panzer on ecgn its already taken.

and if that doesnt make any sense...check out that rtcw for dummies link, and itll all fall into place.

lots of screens to show comparisons between settings

http://www.planetwolfenstein.com's forum is also gooood searchin'
people post configs there all the time if you want to compare

and the pob and bitch settings are just (i think this is what ur asking)-

set cg_bobpitch "0"
set cg_bobroll "0"
set cg_bobup "0"
