PB + Client-side mods?

Does punkbuster support add-on mods like new sounds/skins... or would Punkbuster ban me?

That kind of stuff is handled by the 'pure' setting, not punkbuster. If the files are on the server, then the client can use them. If the files arent on the server they won't even be loaded clientside.
