Admins & cancelvote
I've got a problem with admins cancelling votes. Just because an admin is on doesn't mean every vote should be cancelled. The only vote I ever call is to kick a tk or to shuffle teams. Just now we had some terribly uneven teams talent wise and I called a vote. It was about to pass and nameloot cancelled it. I didn't know he was an admin but regardless. The next round started after he had cancelled. I really don't understand his position. He's not the only one that cancels votes but usually the admin on will shuffle if he or she sees teams so uneven talent wise. Anyhow, I ventin my anger. ggs nameloot. It was time for me to leave neway.

If an admin is on and you have a problem with a player tell the admin. Voting only kicks the player and they can rejoin right away. Tellin an admin, we can set a time for the kick/ban so they can't come back right away or at all. Also, I shuffle teams in console and you don't see it. Calling a shuffle vote shuffles the teams once, when we shuffle we do it a few times. Besides we don't need to see 10 votes for the same thing over and over again when an admin can deal with it. Sometimes people call votes to be idiots or because someone made them mad. The vote is canceled and I'll ask why the vote. If it's a legit reason then I kick or ban.

Not meaning to be rude, but it seems as though everyone who hates the voting option also conveinently is able to fix any problem on their own with an admin command. I believe what Gamcok is saying is that its a pain for the rest of us, as like it has been said before, the admins cannont be asked to babysit everyone everytime they play. The way that votes are set, it is nearly impossible to kick someone, and if they are kicked, chances are they deserved it. I dont see a problem in merely allowing one vote, as long as they do not spam voting. If it doesn't work, then oh well, at least it makes them feel better.... Just my 2 cents...
I am perpetually amazed that people find it easier to call a vote (which do not pass easily 90 percent of the time) than to simply PM an admin and say, "Person X is teamkilling! Help!" or "My team is getting pinned in the bunker; can we have a shuffle next round?"
You'd rather vote, have it not pass, post a whiny message, and so on and so forth. The only reason voting is enabled is when one of us isn't on. Which does happen, unfortunately.
I swear, I'm not a prick. I'm genuinely interested in keeping games fair and reasonable, and responding to player's questions or problems.
...unlike Parrot. He's mean and throws poop. Best to just stay out of his way. Plus he hax!
