Thanks for the sentiment guys. It means a lot. Probably because the Beach (ie the regs and general playing environment) mean a lot to me.

Though it means little to many, honour means a lot to me. I've had a lot of great laughs at the beach, some emotional moments. ECGN has been awesome to keep this server going. It costs them money. Admining was my way of giving back. Sure I've had to make some hard decisions along the way, which some construed as me or Savant or the Admins trying to 'take over', but you can't please everyone. My biggest thing is fairness.

Still, if I was a traffic cop and the chief of police came up to me one day and said "Encourage people to drink. Hand out bottles as they go by. And here's a camera so you can get some cool pics." I'd have to rethink what I'm there for. That's where honour steps in. What are my personal guide-lines? How much does a few bucks mean when it comes to my own ethics?

I'm hoping all works out best for the Beach community. If one way means I'll be an unhappy camper, then such is life. There are other municipalities which don't allow drunk driving. Can't be hard to find.
