lol i know there isn't an ethics course to take before becoming an admin, i was just under the impression that all admins were supposed to follow the server rules just like all the level 1's and peons.

Ship is right though Sabres, tomorrow is another day. Maybe some other admin will tk you  Five dollars says its Doc

I'm an admin and you shouldn't tk someone out of just pure rage. Usually we just talk to the person. Ofcourse I don't know the whole story here.

A couple of days ago we told some kid to stop planting dyno everywhere. I mean seriously I kept having to avoid getting tk'ed by this persons dyno. It was getting really annoying.

lmao. well thats wierd. people who plant dynos in unnessasary spots obviously isn't "the best". it does count as tk'ing. cause if hes planting everywhere allies is gonna get caught in it. waste of energy to make a long story short.

This should not be, in RTCW or BFV, if an admin or staff is abusing their powers, please bring it up to MMmmGood.

MAA is usually pretty mellow and doesn't do this sort of stuff, so please talk to MMmmGood about it and lets see what MAA has to say.

Actually what he was doing was dropping grenades in the Allied spawn to blow up the MG's. and then he'd repair the MG's and do it all over again. I joined the game and after getting to the bunker from the beach almost got killed by his grenade. He wasn't playing, he was dropping grenades in the spawn for points...He's lucky I didn't do more than just TK him to get his attention.. There won't be a next time.

i just want to drop this before this topic closes. i belive it should have been taken in a nice calm manner. tk'ing is no solution. tigga is right though. tking on purpose on the server is not setting a good example in the ecgnetwork community at all. but what needs to be done needs to be done. but theres diffrent ways to solve diffrent solutions. a warning would have been good, then if he didnt take the warning and stoped then just kick him. comes back again and does it, temp ban etc... but then again admins are the highest power so...

Is this against the established server rules?? If not and you think it is wrong, establish some rules against it. However, TKing with intent is against the rules, correct? There was no other way you could have dealt with this situation?

I think he left out the part where I warned him 3 times about it. Youre right though, I probably just shoulda kicked or temp banned him.

He wasn't playing because he was waiting for a map change? You've gotta be kidding me! Ever hear of spec?

Do you folk seriously believe that I just TK'd him for no reason..out of the blue? ROFL. You people need lives if you need to create some kind of pseudo -controversy on some forum over this.
