Things like the Tsunami Ghost sightings are one of the reasons I am skeptical about the whole idea of ghosts. So many sightings or audio of ghosts, yet no flood of pictures or videotapes of these things.
My final big reason for being skeptical: Statistics!
The idea, I guess, is that one out 'X' number of people becomes a ghost when they die, or generates a haunting, whatever. Maybe it's one is million, maybe it's one in ten million, whatever. There's tons of ghost sightings all over the country, so it's obviously much less than say, one in every 300 million deaths=a ghost. So, following that logic, we should ghosts everywhere, constantly in places like NYC or the even more densely populated (and thus more dead people per square mile) cities. As small an area NYC is, I would expect to see ghosts every night on pretty much every street.
So, I'm skeptical, but if I ever do see a ghost, I pretty much plan on pissing my pants because just the idea of that stuff does give me the chills too.

I just wrote 20 pages of research on stem cells, the bureaucracy, and fiscal federalism...I completely agree with that statement.

How about this for a freaky story... One time I was studying for a test, and I had a cup of coffee on my table. I was studying for an hour or so, and I went to take sip of my coffee. I went for my coffee mug, and for whatever reason, my coffee mug was spinning! I wasn't tired, and I dont do any drugs, so I wans't seeing things. It was plain as day, a spinning coffee mug!

Uggh! Longest paper I ever wrote in college was seven pages and it nearly killed me. Computer Science usually equals no long ass writing assignments, in fact this paper was for an archeology class.

I have a story to top everyone:

One time I was so tired I only had one eye open. I was playing RTCW, but I was in spec mode. I thought I actually saw Raven kill someone.

To this day, I still can't beleive it. Maybe I shouldn't have drank eight beers that night - guess alcohol can really mess up sensory perception!!!
