Tweaks for those interested

Here is a website that can explaine most of the cvars used in rtcw. I use some but not to help me in aiming but to make the game look as good as possible. I bought this game because it had better graphics than most at that time. I see no reason to change them and hate the way it makes them look. But if you need an edge try some of these.

OK first thing you need to do is pick some things to change.
Here are the main cvars that you might want to change and there default settings.

/r_intensity 3 //default is 1
/r_mapoverbrightbits 3 //default is 2
/r_overbrightbits 2 //default is 1

write them down on a piece of paper. Then go in the game to any server. when in the server open the console and type them in one by one. after you type each one in it will say "will change upon restart" dont mind that just keep typing them in. after you type all three commands in type /vid_restart in the console this will set all those settings and after it restarts your settings will be changed.

If you want the default of any command just type it in with out any number after.

/r_intensity

i really gonna try to tweak them to the extrem

k, its quite fun, you sees everything but the grapics were so low that you can't read the words or the time etc... so its not quite perfect

k, here you go, it's actually bad to play with (cause you can't read anything, you have no colors... and you can't know what's going on... but just to shoot others its good...
but there's not a single leaque that accepts this settings
