Help

Im obviously not too quick when it comes to computers... so someone please help. Just this evening I was playing an asskickin game of Wolf... now its giving me some BS about an invalid CD key whenever I try to load the server. I tried restarting my computer but no good came of this. Anyone have some advise? Or do I have to reinstall
