I don't see any form of "greg" on the ban list. Were you using another name? If we can't figure this out, I'll need your IP and GUID key (in private) to solve it. I'll get MAA on it if need be.

Got to the file rtcw key in you main folder and make sure the key there is the one on your case. I bet you are another victim of the default cd key thing. If the key there doesn't match the one on your case manually input your cd key and save the change and you should be good to go.
