Can i change my registered login name to OC48 and if so how ??

back in the day when i switched from one of my many other names, i encountered a problem...pushing delete made e's on the screen instead of spaces. i had to reinstall anyways cause some cool hax0r made my game french only, so i wasnt able to properly rename myself on the oc48 without reinstalling. there is probably a console command that can be done while on the server, no?

why do yo u want to change it in that thats not your nick thats the nick of the community ????????
