i don't think so either, my friend shattered his elbow last year had to get a plate and 4 screws in it

As the trainer in my highschool would say "Put some ice on it". That is his solution from everything from cuts, major bruises, twisted ankles, bloody noses, or anything that could come up.

When I was in the Navy, it was Ibuprofin... broken arm? here, take two of these... Major surgery? take 3... hangnail? leave it alone, but take 2...
