I played the UT2004 demo for about half an hour, then uninstalled it.
how the heck can anyone tolerate such a pointless, dumb game? it's just shooting everything that moves...such a bad, bad concept.

I played the UT2k4 demop for about 8 straight hours! It's not mindless!
I think I like onslaught better though, I think it does need some tweaking like how a tank can be taken out with 4 rockets which roughly takes 30 seconds to happen.
You have to go about things in a certain way while shooting everything that moves!
O BTW I witnessed someone using the speedhack while I was playing bombardment (basketball UT2k4 style). every 5 seconds after the round started "Blue is on offense" "Blue has scored" "Next round in 5 4 3 2 1" It became obvious who was cheating when everyone's score was at 0 while that bozo's score was above 100 and we started bicthing (server had voting disabled)
