You cannot expect ******** like bing. to understand what national pride and support is like. He is more likely one of the ******** that feels that the world revolves around his sorry ***. Never gives, expects only to receive etc. He has probably never been laid. Pity the *** ****-****.

Please no more, the amount of sheer wit shown in here is simply to much for me to take.
Anyways, the reason I originally posted was because I think it's been enough time since 9/11 that we don't to over-dramatize it by bringing out these overly sappy links to flash anims and what not. That doesn't meen we should forget what happened, far from it. I didn't lose anyone personal in the attacks, but I know what it is to lose someone close. I'll never forget them, but I also don't feel the need to bring the subject up year after year. It's enough I remember them in spirit and all the good times we had together.
I know you guys disagree with my point of view, but it is what it is. Let's remember them in our own away without resorting to showy displays.

Hey Bingham,
The reason that people make those web sites is to pay tribute to those who died in the cowardly sneak attack. Only one of the attacks was aimed at a military target. What happened on Sept 11 is no different than a group of thugs waiting around a corner and kicking your ass because you do not have the same beliefs or you are a different race, color etc.
The sites are not necessarily meant to dramatize the event. It is more a "Never Forget" type mentality. It has to stay fresh in the public's eye so that as we go after the responsible parties people do not get the same mentality as was the case during Vietnam. I know that the two issues are very different, but if we do not retaliate with extreme prejudice, it will continue to occur. We have to make them pay ten fold for every one of their attempts and we have to have the American people behind the government.
So when you post on an American site, you need to have some tact and remember that sometimes, your opinion may not be appropriate. Right now you are protected due to the anonymity of the internet. I guarantee that if you had made that same statement anywhere in the US, you would more than likely have had your ass kicked back to Canada.

Bingham, are you an American? Its takes balls for you to post a remark, that implies that Americans should forget what happened on 9/11. We are about to take care of Iraq, and then who knows whats after that. Those images will forever be part of our history, whether Canada, France, Germany or any other country likes it, too Goddamn bad. I suggest that you refrain from posting any further comments on things that dont concern you or your country, and please dont give me that B.S. that Canada will be fighting side by side with USA, for Americans know how Canada truly feels about us. Must be hard to live under the shadow of the greatest Nation on the planet, to be jealous of the will of our people, how even with our differences we come together when things look bleak..............Remember this, you will always see those images, so just look away next time.
