I was confused what he could be suing for too. Especially in Canada, where the people are supposed to be less litigious than in the U.S. The only thing I can think of is some kind of false light claim, but I don't see how he can sue for that (assuming they have such a cause of action in Canada) since he clearly shot the tape himself. Of course the soundtrack and the effects were added, so I guess he might have an argument there.

I just watched the video, and I have to say that I think the original is funnier. Also, Tommy I think he is using one of those things you use for picking up golf balls.
