if adding taxes to internet access and email isnt enough.......for example my phone bill there is about 35% taxes added to it, is that what will happen to internet access bill?

so for example my 30/mo internet would cost me closer to 40/mo with 35% taxes added to it. my answer to the new taxes would be cancel internet access.
