It might look like a cool game, doesn't mean it plays like one. BHD was OK, a good step forward with the Delta Force franchise, thats for sure.

I think Joint operations will be a sleeper hit, much liek BF1942 was.

OMG!! The graphics are great!! Now they always are ( to sell better), but this looks impressive.
Maybe one day, when Wolf is no more (popular), CoD is the game to play! I expect a lot of it :) But I think it is in the name :P

I got my CoD demo to work, and I played it on the hardest setting, and it's intense. Medal of Honor had nothing of the intensity and the urgency you feel when playing this game. The AI is great too. You also have to duck and cover alot more and use your teammates. If they can carry that intensity over into the multiplayer, I think this willl be an excellent game.

Only thing I didn't like was the fact you can't kill your squad members. At one point I felt like killing them and unloaded a whole clip into a guy, but no go.

you can kill them. You just cant kill the squad leader dude.
Its hard to do because if you put your crosshair right on them it wont let you. If you sort of aim slightly to the side of them you can kill them.

The multiplayer mode's "killcam" feature should prove to be an interesting addition.

Infinity Ward has also added an intriguing, all-new feature to Call of Duty's multiplayer matches: a replay mode that the developer refers to as "killcam." Whenever you get killed by an enemy player in a multiplayer game, you'll have the option to immediately respawn by pressing the "F" key or to sit and watch the killcam replay. The replay switches to spectator mode and follows the viewpoint of the player who shot you down, seven seconds before it happened. As technical officer Jason West explains, killcam was implemented to combat the always-frustrating event of getting shot down by someone you couldn't see--an event that can sometimes seem random, or even unfair. Rather than incredulously tossing your keyboards to the floor in annoyance at getting killed by a seemingly stray bullet, you'll instead be able to watch the killcam and see exactly where your assailant was and how you were taken down. In this way, killcam will also help ferret out snipers who get a little too comfortable in one spot, since downed players will be able to use the killcam to determine their location and go after them. West also expects newer players to use killcam as a learning tool to help them figure out the basics of line-of-sight tactics and effectively using cover.

Too bad BF doesnt have a system like this. It would help curb everyone yelling "CHEATER!!" when they're killed without seeing who did it.

well lets see... it takes like 5 minutes to finish the demo level the first time through. The second time through I just went around fucking shit up. Then I got pissed when I thought the game wouldnt let me kill my squadmates. So I tried for a lil bit unitl I figured it out. :rotflmao:

I played the demo and frankly it was kind of strange. It was a weird mix of really cool looking effects and really one dimensional graphics. Very odd. I had trouble getting into it.
