Its amazing how many vessels are here. I'm not into military craft, but this is a great place to be if you are. Aircraft carriers, repair vessels, F-14's and every other type of fighter aircraft, helis, nuclear subs. Its all here. I can see MCAS Miramar from my office window and can see fighters, helicopters, and huge supply planes take off and land every day. The amount of activitiy is staggering.

Ha Ha, two F-15's and a heli just went by, see what I mean. :D

YOU BASTAGE!!!!!

I used to live there  started my computer stuff there, going to Coleman college in the late eightys and had my first job at Rohr Ind in CV. I hated to leave in the early ninetys because the aerospace industries crashed, but moving to Phoenix then wasn't all that bad. ;)

I often take living here for granted. I know I shouldn't, but you know how day to day life is. Phoenix is a cool place. Its really grown over the years. I have a brother that went to ASU and a friend who now lives in Chandler. I don't know how much military sightseeing there is in Phoenix, but the golfing is great!

If you ever wanted to move back there seems to be a lot of job activity for tech people in San Diego right now. Qualcomm, Viasat and others have over 300 openings. I hope it is a sign of things to come.

Some pics of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I can't figure out how to put them all in one post, so bare with me as I do a series.
