First of all this is not to kiss any ass.I wanted to post
this because of some of the messages on this forums
and others I have read regarding service at ECGN.It has
been implied that service was lacking and a lot of ECGN
customers were unhappy.I can only speak for myself.
Shortly after the merger my server was turned off.There
was a snafu with the old record keeping.I immediately
contacted support.Within 3-4 hours I had a new server
up and running by using email to work out the details.
When it was found out that performance was bad on my
box the ram was quickly upgraded to fix the issues.On
top of this I was given the updated versions of admin
mod and HLGuard which I didnt have before.Plus the
addition of free statsme to my DOD server has been a welcome and fun addition.My server has been up and
running for 10 days now no problems.I have yet to
receive any complaints from people on my server due
to performance issues.Which is great to me as I got
tired of people crying lag all the time.So the merger for
this "old" ECGN renter has been nothing but a HUGE plus.
Thanks goes out to all the support people who helped me
in my travels.Keep up the good work!!!!!
