That's a very good price for that card.
I am upgrading my video card as well, infact I already purchased it, and it should arrive on Wednesday.
It's a Radeon 9700, really powerful card, but the Geforce 4 ti4800 is also a good buy, for that price.

That's the same place I got my card last year... (MSI TI4400)
I think the 5600FX card is faster however and only a few bucks more from the same place... I would recommend that vendor. Return policy is good, and they are responsive to your emails and requests.
Some of the best prices on the web that isn't "Big Bob's Bar and Grill and Computer Emporium"...

I'm waiting a generation or two more in vid card development to upgrade... by then I hope to be able to pick up a 9800 pro or better for less than $200...
For now, there are only a couple games that even use DX9... and I've heard that doom3 and half life 2 will take more graphics power than even the latest cards can handle...

Thanks wrist, but I think the card I'm getting actually has a higher memory bandwidth then that card does. Also I read some overclocking reviews on the gainward in my first post and it looks like it will overclock very nicely. I'm looking to get a 330-350 mhz GPU and 700-750mhz memory speed, right now I'm running at 286mhz GPU and 429Mhz memory clock and thats with my poor GF4 Mx 420 overclocked to shit. So I think this card is very worth the money and should atleast be able to hold decent graphics for while, till maybe next year when I can afford to spend 400 on the best card on the market, but by then I'll be building a whole new system too.

oops, I didn't mention that the GF4 Mx I do have, is PCI and even the pci bus is overclocked, I'm just squeezing the hell out of my card to get decent framerates. I want that to stop. but I don't have much money at all, so I came up with this option, which I still need to find the money for.
