How to make an mp3 tracklist?

I want to make a tracklist of some of mp3s. Is there a program so I can email that list to someone else?

I'm sure there is some program to list the ID3 tags, but if your files are named appropriately and under the same directory, you could always do a "dir /s>tracklist.txt"

Sorry not much help there if your filenames aren't consistent...one sec...
