i'm slow but cheap, i'm paying for 512 down/256 up.
i'm pretty much getting it. i'm using a fiber to the home
system ran by my local utility company.

P.S. Packet loss can make my numbers far worse at times. It is only $27/month but I am at the mercy of a university and packet loss has been terrible for over a month. They are adding a server next week to help the problem.

Well Tommy you have much more speed than I do both upload and download for less money. I pay 49.99 (US). I think you are getting a pretty good deal. Your upload speed is almost 3 times mine. And your download is close to twice as fast.
