If drinking is your thing, and you want to visit the coolest place this side of New York, go to Montreal. Legal drinking age is 18. And, unlike anywhere else in Canada, you can buy a variety of alcohols at variety stores.

Montreal has a huge 2-week jazz fest, and is generally a very cool party place to hang out. Just don't drive. They have little to no respect for any law of the road except law of the biggest and fastest and got there first.

Keek.

This is where I work as a Lifeguard, im stationed on the wavepool there.

Isn't a little cold to be swimming in Edmonton?

Mon Feb 23, 2004 8:32 pm

wavepool is inside the west ed mall (one of the biggest malls in North America)

The world waterpark where I work is one of the largest indoor waterparks in the world. Edmonton is cold in the winter, but its 30 C inside the waterpark with fine ladies walking around.

I love my job :)
