Oh, and by the way. The "which admin cancels votes faster" competition is awesome. The opinion of the players aren't important.

Oh yeah, admins help the new players to aim, [b]ridiculous!!! Is that the reason why most admins bind something like "The quickest way to get a ban is to tk or bleed your teamates!" to a key and spam with it?B]

b) Your wording is incorrect, my bind clearly states; 'deliberately bleed or kill your team-mates'. It serves as a warning so that people can't claim they didn't know what they did was illegal.
c) I thought you'd have mentioned to me you had issues with my binds before you attacked them in public but apparently you'll do anything to make your case.

Now, if I see that xyz accidentally clips a teammate, or blows them up with an ill-tossed grenade, the player will get a PM from me warning them to be more careful.
The admins are committed to the amateur player who accidentally tk's from time to time (not to ban them without warning!). We've all seen those who have not had much practice aiming that panzer or the flamethrower. In these cases, I PM something along the lines of "Be more careful!! You're killing your teammates! Teamkilling is not allowed!!" Sometimes, their score gets too low and Punkbuster takes care of them. Other times, I see that the player really does make a valiant effort to "play by the rules" and tries to aim a little better. After all, they're there on the server to have fun and play a game just like the rest of us.
When PM warnings don't seem to work, it is common to move offensive players to the spectator team before a temporary ban is considered. Many (newer) players don't always pay attention to (or even see) the chat and PM warnings. When they suddenly find themselves on the spectator team, it has been my experience that they pay more attention to the words on their screen. Only then do they realize that they were doing something wrong. If, after rejoining, they continue their offensive behavior, a 999 second ban is usually issued, along with a statement of their infraction.
