Dude, thats really rude man.....Based of what you just said, it doesnt matter how good of a life you have based of your use of knowledge, because you'll never be the man he is. There are a lot more important things in the world then wealth, if youre so smart you wouyld know that. You're preference is great, admirable as it may be, but it gives you no right to insult another like that.

I love a good laugh before I head out for the day. You should try to lead without wearing your ignorance on the end of your sleeve. I think you may find as you get along in this world that it will serve you well to peek outside of the box you live in and look around. Good luck...

Yeah! There's pwning on the beach and then going to the forums to badger and incite people's rage on message boards, all in my spare time. If you are going to spout about knowledge, use proper grammar. It's Your not You're. You see, Your is a possessive while You're is a contraction for the words "you are", so basically you said "You are preference..." (I'll omit the rest).

To further my point, I am not insulting anyone. I mentioned I was glad i was not a blue collar worker, which, frankly, I am VERY glad I don't have to do manual labor. He took offense to it and started going on about slapping me and what not. It's not MY problem he took it the wrong way. It's not my responsibility to care for other's feelings. I look out for my own.

Nice move on misspelling my name and that of "Stengard". Too bad I am not StenGod, just ROFLcopter.

Again a misuse of the word your/you're. You see, in this case, you're is the appropriate word to use. ("you are going to hide behind this week..."). Maybe you and doctrebor should switch brains for a day and maybe you can get it right.

I am glad you are finding entertainment and not taking what I say personally, because on the internets, we are all here for the entertainment factor ONLY. I am having fun anyway. v586

Grow up RALPHcopter...trebor will have a secretary pwn his grammar when he's a judge judy anyway. white collar + secretary > white collar + noobattacker

For what's it's worth, IMHO I don't see why anyone should be angry with ROFLcopter for saying
>>hahaha yah thank god i'm not some blue collar worker. i get my shit done and have loads of free time to check people out. ain't life grand? <<
I look at things from the point of view of intent. It doesn't seem like he intended to insult anyone who is 'blue collar'. He just laughed about the nature of his job regarding free time. I know the exchanges after got kind of heated, but that was after tempers flared. Online exchanges don't benefit from the kinds of cues you get when you actually talk to someone, facial expression, tone of voice, etc. Sometimes it helps to re-read a message and look for the intent of the message, not just the message.
Just my .02.

I have to agree with ROFL... He has his own opinions, and views/perspectives of the world. If he chooses not to involve himself in physical labor, and yet he still makes a living, that is his choice, and not to be disputed by any one person, or parties/groups of people.

Personally myself, I'd prefer a profession that involves physical/manual labor.

It helps to keep my body in good shape :D

Individuality, regardless of how it's expressed is part of what makes us human. This individuality we all enjoy so much is due to people, possibly in the same position, making completely different choices. These choices can lead us all down our owns paths as we carve out are lives in history. Choices make individuality, that makes us who we are.

Though I do agree with Edogg's statement about looking for guys... seems odd to me, but than again, I am male, and that is just MY opinion. I prefer the female species :D

The one thing I did not however agree with ROFL.... that comment if taken as it sounds does sound like an insult. I can see the simple controversey in that statement. Though it is your opinion, and that of which you are completely entitled too, try to think of others also. Though it is good to look after yourself, the feelings of others, or just the people around you in general should be thought about.

I also agree with trebors statement.... money is not life. Hell, I spend most of my money on other people.

For example.... this girl I work with :) ..... I just invested in a $100 Sapphire necklace I'm giving her as a christmas gift. :D

Keeping my finges crossed too.....
