It is not your job to decide if /kill is kickable or not. Killing yourself via that command is perfecetly legit. If it was not, Mmmgood or Man-At-Arms would have changed this long ago. Then you say insulting was what got him kicked. Hate to tell you this too, shit talking is not bannable unless it is spamming. Unless there was some magical rule that was passed since yesterday.
Taking a guess as to what happened. You turned into crybaby mode and got frustrated because you were getting panzered. You abused your admin powers for your own self benefit which is the worst thing you can do. If it were up to me, you'd be removed immediately as an admin.

I in no way said anything demeaning towards yooper, unless where he comes from, "It's not illegal" is an insult. where I'm from, it's not....him saying that i "was insulting him" is just his way of making up events in order to try to justify his tempban, which, by the standards laid out by MMmmGood himself, dictate that i did nothing wrong, and Yooper should no longer be admin.Then you say insulting was what got him kicked. Same shit, different day. It is always the same click of people who are headhunting the admins and anyone that gets in their way. Dont you guys get tired of this? You dont have any credibility on these boards. Registering a new name to start admin hating threads isnt helping your cause.

You forgot the people correcting other's spelling and use of words. It's 'clique' which comes form the old French latch, which means to literally latch oneself on to others. You used 'click' which is more like the sound flipping on a switch makes, or the sound generated when you press the 'C' key to crouch...

thank you. I had a feeling that I spelled it wrong and that it would end up being a French spelling. Im lazy and I didnt feel like looking it up. I also know that there are smartasses like you that will do the work for me. Seeing that you have too much time on your hands and no real point to be made, that was the only thing left for you to do.

Once again, we have someone throwing around words that they do not know. I think I've put out this challenge before but it is still out there. Find me a post anywhere where I have lied to show that I have no credibility. I tell it like it is my good friend, Edogg. I'm deeply sorry that you do not like that. The screenshots dont appear to tell the whole story. "yar" says that they are consecutive. If that was so then the console in the shots should show some overlap. There is no overlap. This leads me to believe that there is a good chunk of the situation that we are not seeing. Either way, its the clique's word against the admin's word. How does that song go? "I fought the law, but the law won".

If that is banneable, for me use /hitsound or claases with different weapons or tweak should be banneable. Rofl and the excuse the use /kill when someone take the docs, that is really pathetic. /kill should be bannable. It's bullshit. The only time i personally forgive it is if the /kill'er is using it as axis to get from the forward bunker or beach after the docs have been takin. other than that people who come in with the name /kill and use it over and over again should be kicked/banned/draged behind a car. It's like +salute: its okay to use it if someone's blocking a doorway, but not to keep it on while running down a hall, through ducts, etc.

According to Yoopers post this SS is close to a yr old, I cant say if thats the case, but if it is thats when Yooper was very new at admining, so there he is all alone getting complaints that someone is /killing, possibly not knowing that its NOT a kickable/bannable offence, just trying to keep the peace lets say, Pretty good timing though Yar=5 posts and Militant thinks he should loose his adminstatus as well.
Are there anymore examples of Yooper abusing his authority? Yooper is a great admin, IMO and he knows now to let the /kill'ers do what they must.
