Bman,
primo:
Observation can be misleading, you had to create a theory that I enable and disable aimbot very often in order to explain my accuracy, the moment of eneabling is according to you unnoticeable, also according to you I use some advanced aimbot to aim for head, torso or legs.
You want to tell me that there is such an aimbot that can only be detected by spectating - Neither Punkbaster can detect it, nor it leaves any traces to be found in any other way. Also as I play at ECGN server with quite similar efficiency for the last 6 months, such aimbot is at least 6 months old, and still with no detecting system. - Its hard for me to belive this, but if you say that something like this exists I will not opposite - I dont have enough knowladge to question this.
Secundo:
I am not aware of any prior accusation of me of cheating by any admin or a serious player.
Could you post GUID, NICKNAME, IP ,hack information and server where that happend that according to your source I was cought hacking with my nickname and GUID?

It would probably help you case if you stated why you were using a keywhich you pulled off the internet rather than your original key...

At least he has chicken

lmao

The reason why I used such a key is quite personall.
At some point ca. 18 or so months ago. I made a conclusion, that RTCW (alongside with some other games) has a negative impact on my life - in straight words, it could be considered as an addiction. The drastic measures that I took to counter this, actually included phisically destroing of all my games.
I have to say that it bringed some major results, as I stopped to waste so much of my time, unfortunatelly (?) with one exeption - one day few months latter I just couldnt resist. 5 hours of d/ling from DC++, half an hour for searching the CD-KEY through google, and I am back.
A touching story, u should agree?

Ok but then surely the ban is doing you a favour
You have to admit it looks bad...
Sat Jun 04, 2005 4:26 pm
Well, In some sense YES, but the last thing I wanted is to be considered as a cheater. That could create a constant
stream of accusations, that I could not parry.
Sat Jun 04, 2005 4:35 pm
BTW. Why do you thing that my situation looks bad? I spoke with MEN-AT-ARMS today and - as I understand - he said that he saw no evidence of my cheating acitivity. He said, that he banned me beacuse he cannot withstand anylonger such a stream of complaints against my person. According to him he never had more complaints about any one player than he had about me. - It's even funny for me to hear this.

It wasn't your situation vis-a-vis the ban that I was talking about but the the situation of using that cdkey...
Sat Jun 04, 2005 5:05 pm
Ah yes, indeed that situation might be better. I made a main mistake using that CD-KEY - due to this accusations against me started to appear. I tried to resolve that problem with my first post in this thread, but I am affraid that almost no-one will take an effort to check what I said. And probably no-one of the admins is going to check all these IPs, GUIDs and NICKNAMEs that I wanted them to check in my defence.

You doesnt seem to trust me in that matter, I would say that you are cruel or
you lack an imagination.

I had to uninstall Starcraft so I could finish my senior project. I actually skipped classes one day because I kept playing 'just to see what the next mission would be'
I could never destroy disc though! At the time, I was like Gollum with the Ring....my precious.
