Oh yes, and also, a spectator could make a demo. It could be kind of neat to. Flying around, zooming in and out. Make it look like a video or something:P

DEMO??????

Mon Dec 02, 2002 12:06 am

HEY KILLER MIKE,

HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT RECORDING A DEMO ON SPECTATOR MODE?? I THOUGHT THAT ONLY IF YOU WERE HOSTING A SERVER YOU COULD RECORD ???????:help:

OSP 82a makes it really easy to make demos. You can either set in the Controls menu a bind to autorecord or you can just type "/autorecord" in the console.

GFU and SS Match

Mon Dec 02, 2002 8:28 pm

I just got through talking with MmmmGood, and he's given us the go-ahead to use the second server for our match Sunday night.

He can lock teams so that anyone can join, but only the S.S. and the {GFU} guys can participate in the game.

I need to know the names of everyone playing and the exact time frame we need. All our Clan tags must match to make it easy for MmmmGood to set the teams.

I want a list of players fropm both sides, so that we can have an idea of the size of the game and hopefully keep out any late comers who slap a quick Clan tag on their name to horn in on us.

There will be no password for the server. Only your Clan Tags will seperate you from the rest of the group. Other people are welcome to Spectate and chat, but their chats will not interfere with the game.

Give the CO48 guys their props. We owe them a lot for making this all happen.

Mike, please e-mail me with the particulars before Friday night.

You're right about that Raven, for me, it's like Scotland vs. England... though I'm not sure people in the states know about the north/south divide in the UK... :)

I know about the rivalry. Incidentally that's what we have here. There may or may not be some bitterness between clans, depending on who you ask, but there is definately a lot of competitive spirit. Being from Canada I chose the superbowl over a canadian trophy so that everyone here would understand what I was saying.
