You can't just ban on suggestion. There is always 2 sides to the story and you have to find out the truth of the matter before you break out the ban stick. The purpose of warning someone is so that they either stop doing what they are doing or they get banned. If they have stopped doing it then as far as I am concerned there is no more problem.
People just need to let things slide a little. Instead of screaming for a ban every time you get tked try working out what you were doing that got them pissed in the first place.
Hell half the tks I get told to ban for are accidental anyway.
